Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the Krakens platform.

1. About the Platform

Krakens (operated by Zevaras Private Limited) is a technology platform that connects individuals with independent document specialists. Krakens is not a government service or official government portal. All applications are submitted by specialists through the relevant official government channels on your behalf.

2. Services

Specialists listed on Krakens operate independently. Krakens facilitates the connection, payment escrow, and communication — it does not guarantee approval of any government application or specific processing timelines set by government departments.

Service fees are clearly displayed before you book. A platform convenience fee is included in the total amount charged.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are held securely in escrow and released to the specialist only after you confirm the work is satisfactory. If a request is cancelled before work begins, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds for partially completed work are assessed case by case.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Krakens does not store your card or bank details.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documents. Submitting false or fraudulent documents to a specialist or through this platform is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

Krakens is not liable for delays caused by government departments, rejection of applications by government authorities, or any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
