  • Account information: your mobile number used to sign in.
  • Request information: details you provide when booking a service (name, address, government ID numbers, etc.).
  • Documents: files you upload to support your service request.
  • Payment information: transaction records (we do not store card or bank details — these are handled by Razorpay).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Fulfil your service requests and connect you with a specialist.
  • Process and track payments.
  • Communicate with you about your requests via the platform.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

Your request details and uploaded documents are shared with the specialist assigned to your request so they can complete the work. Specialists are required to handle your data confidentially and use it only for the purpose of fulfilling your request.

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and Razorpay for payment processing. Both are subject to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

Your account and request data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for up to 3 years after account closure for legal and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, HTTPS, and access controls to protect your data. Only authorised personnel and your assigned specialist can access your request information.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and data.
